Erin Nichols, originally from Kansas, has lived in Colorado for 6 years and recently received her MBA from University of Denver. Erin assumed management of Always Best Care in January, 2010 and brings many talents to the company.
Laura Hansen is a Colorado native and spent 30 years in the real estate industry prior to starting Always Best Care of Colorado. Being involved in the care and planning for a family member in crisis led Laura to the elder care industry to try and help others that are in crisis or dealing with a loved one that needs additional care. Families appreciate having a knowledgeable professional to do the legwork for them and guide them to appropriate options for senior care, whether it is an assisted living community, memory care, independent living or possibly having a caregiver come into their own home.
Laura "LT” Thomas is the in-home care manager for ABC. Her caring and friendly attitude makes her a welcome face to all her clients, for whom she delivers a hands-on approach to make sure their needs are being met. LT volunteers on the Help Line for the Alzheimer's Association as part of her passion to help people.
Melody Sickels is the scheduling coordinator for Always Best Care and has spent most of her life in healthcare. Melody goes out of her way to make sure staff is available and on-time for each shift and that each employee is appropriate for the client’s needs.
